✅ Returns

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required.

  • Certain items such as personal care, hygiene products, or customized goods are non-returnable for safety reasons.

💵 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side (wrong or defective product).

🔄 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • For exchange requests, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
